Family Medicine

We will add the affiliate bar under under the feature on the Department of Family Medicine page.

Communication Sciences and Disorders

Similarly, we will add the affiliate card to the Communication Sciences and Disorders page. Cassie and Zane will acquire a logo for this area.

Clinics

Cassie mentioned that visiting many clinics is by appointment only and that displaying the hours that calling for an appointment might be as beneficial (if not more) as operating hours.

Occupational Therapy

There is a desire to change the names of the individual major pages under the Occupational Therapy section. We verified that renaming these pages will not affect the way these majors are listed in Departments and Programs but the URLs of these pages will change.

Shawn noted that listing an acronym as the name of a page in sub-navigation is bad for usability. We also identified that the names of the major pages are very inconsistent across the all of the Human Performance program sections.

Homepage for next meeting

As mentioned in the previous meeting, we're working on an updated design to propose during the next communicator meeting in March.

Tuition

Shawn mentioned that we are currently working on the centralized tuition components and templates. Tuition information will be fed into a template in each school website from a central API.

Respiratory Therapy

Azalea has inquired about getting access to edit the Respiratory Therapy section. She needs to submit an website access request form.

Physical Therapy

We will add the updated residents template under the Physical Therapy section for information about a single residency.

Department of Medicine

We will replace the current Fellowships page under the Department of Medicine section with the updated list of fellowships.
