Homepage

We briefly looked at samples of projects that the marketing group has created in Adobe Express for various mediums including for social media and infostations. We agreed that we should take design inspiration and the corresponding image parameters to build card variations in the spotlight area in the updated homepage.

Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic

Cassie will provide a vector file of the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic lockup created by Aira which will display with the link to this clinic on each corresponding program page.

Campuses

As discussed in a previous meeting, Matt is building the new campuses template with the interactive map component for featuring the locations of the three School of Medicine campuses and for separately featuring the locations of the medical centers affiliated with the Eastern campus.

Hub

We explained how the information and resources for individual campuses is currently set up in Hub and how to update these resources.

To view campus specific resources in Hub, click the "Change your campus" link under the top navigation, choose "Martinsburg", and click "Update Campus". The events, news, and "Health Sciences Center" resources on the homepage will now pertain to the Eastern Campus but not pertain to any particular school.

The structure of the website can't accommodate more built-out resources specific to any other campus except for Morgantown and we are going to work on restructuring the website soon.

In the meantime, Sam can add the resources he has for the Eastern campus under the "Campus-specific Resources" tab in the top-level "Health Sciences Hub" page in Umbraco.

Farm to You

Cassie has requested access to review and edit the Farm to You website and to find out which information has not been provided. While Erica is continuing to make edits to the website, we agreed that Sam should not be designated an editor for this website, especially since the group already has help from students to manage this content.
