Google Maps API
Due to outdated credit card information, the Google Street View virtual tours have not been completely functional.
Tyler will provide the updated credit card information and Jason will create a new API key for this under the HSC UR Google account as we move away from using the HSC ITS google account. We will also create a new API key for the YouTube embeds throughout the websites.
FAFSA information
Jess will share the University's updated FAFSA information so that we can find and update this information throughout each school's website.
Spotlight
Jess inquired about the status of featuring a spotlight on the WVU Health homepage. Shawn and Dan will review this new page.
Department of Family Medicine
Rachel is working on the rural health interactive map for the Department of Family Medicine Clerkship.
WV Parkinson's Registry
As discussed in a previous meeting, Matt is working on creating the homepage mockup for the WV Parkinson's Registry website which we will share at the end of this week.
Jess brought up that while there aren't currently any photos to use on the website, they do anticipate eventually having some. Shawn mentioned that the homepage is more graphically focused for the time being and that we can evolve the structure of the homepage if photos become available along with having the ability to add a photo on subpages.

We decided to remove the recurring monthly website updates meeting moving forward.
