West Virginia Parkinson’s Disease Registry
As referred to in a previous meeting, Jessica and Bill identified that the needs of the West Virginia Parkinson’s Disease Registry group are much larger than originally thought.
They will submit questions to this group for clarification. This group has an end of July deadline to have a web presence.
Tara suggested adding a single page for grant and contact information similar to the Museum of the Health Sciences page.
Interprofessional Education
Bill will use the Embedded Video macro to place a YouTube video on the Interprofessional Education homepage between the mission and vision copy and the recent news.
Jessica mentioned that this group is expecting to update content and media for this website by the end of summer.
School of Nursing
Tyler provided the .mp4 and .webm files of the video to place behind the feature on the School of Nursing Students page. We will pass these files along to Jason to stage to then show to Wendy for approval.
Farm to You
The Farm to You group is adding content to the website today. This group will eventually duplicate the recipes in the Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Track website, as well.
They are also in the process of getting a custom domain for this website.
WVU Health
Tara and Jessica are working on content and media updates for the main WVU Health pages which will be provided via a Word document. We will start with the Education page and move forward through the other pages.
Tara inquired about the ability to use editable blocks to manage these pages so that their group can make updates. We began building this is September 2021 and we will revisit this to hopefully begin using for these upcoming updates.
Strategic Compass
Tara inquired about adding a Strategic Compass section similar to, or a duplicate of, the School of Medicine Strategic Compass section. Shawn suggested duplicating the Strategic Compass structure and information from the School of Medicine website and to then add a page for information for each school under these pages. This way, each school will have a page or section related to Strategic Compass rather than creating duplicative pages for each school.
We will decide whether this information should be under the WVU Health website or under Hub.
Tara pointed out that this information is great to link to help with setting expectations and direction for upcoming requests and projects.
