February 1, 2023 Meeting

Notes

Wellness

Continuing the discussion about wrangling, organizing, and presenting the various wellness resources throughout Health Sciences and the University, we agreed that it will be very helpful to combine many of the Health Sciences wellness resources under a single area of the website, and it may even make sense to move the BeWell information into into the WVU Health ecosystem of templates.

As the Paths to Well-being page is becoming a more prominent collection of wellness resources, Jess will add all of the available resources along with a description of each. We will add an optional description with each item in the Paths to Well-being list and add an additional filter for audience (faculty, staff, or student) and continue to improve the way these resources are organized on this page. Future keywords or filters may include types of care, vaccines, etc.

"Student success" and "Paths to success" will be the messaging around this information throughout.

As the Well-being section is completed, a link to the Well-being page and links other wellness resources will be added to a common sub-footer at the bottom of each page in each school's website and prominently displayed in SOLE. The intention is for every website at WVU to present these resources.

Student Health

As discussed in yesterday's meeting, Jess is reaching out to the Student Health group to hopefully set up ongoing updates.
