With the increased volume of wellness content recently, we decided to dedicate some time in our Monthly Website Updates meeting tomorrow to trying to figure out way to wrangle and present all of the wellness resources.
Operation Blue Sky
Leslie wants the Operation Blue Sky content to be external information that will contribute to recruitment. We agreed that much of the current content is intended for an internal audience and since we're unsure of the lifespan of this content, we will try placing the majority of this information in Hub. While this group has requested to highlight events and news, no events or news exist yet.
A callout to this information will be presented on the Who We Are page that includes an image and/or video and a statement that highlights the outcomes of the initiative.
Tyler is scheduled to shoot a video for this next week.
Well-being
Jess has reached out to the relevant groups and personnel for feedback on the Well-being page and she will share any feedback with us.
As the Paths to Well-being page is becoming a more prominent collection of wellness resources, Jess will add all of the available resources along with a description of each. We will add an additional filter for audience (faculty, staff, or student) and continue to improve the way these resources are organized on this page.
Student Health
Tara's group has reached out to the Student Health group for updated content. We may set up a meeting with them to discuss this in the near future.
Clinics
Bill will migrate the content for the Travel Medicine clinic from the WVU Medicine website to the Clinics section. Cassie will add the content for the OT/PT clinic.
We agreed that the Student Health website should be listed here. Jess will confirm that the list of vaccinations are correct on both the Student Health website and Travel Medicine clinic.
Shawn suggested that an explanation and photo be added to the list of clinics to make the page clearer and more engaging.
We also agreed that a link to this page (and to Student Health and Well-being) should be added to the footer on the WVU Health website and to the Resources page.
Newsroom
The Newsroom application will potentially be ready to test after commencement.

As discussed last week, Shawn is still waiting on the information to be added to the HSC Finance and Business Risk Management page.
