Student Health

Tyler has finished the video to place on the Student Health website and he will share the YouTube link once the video is approved. Pending Shawn's approval of the design, the video will be added to a permanent space on the page, and, per Tara's request, the space will be able to accommodate two videos.

Interprofessional Education

The poverty simulation video has been added to the Interprofessional Education homepage and all of the other content updates have been made.

As discussed in a previous meeting, Jess has proposed to this group about creating more robust profiles than only having only a single statement. They've also requested to have testimonials which, again, could be profiles instead.

Wufoo

Jess let us know via Slack that the embedded Wufoo form is not loading on the Interprofessional Education Contacts Us page. The cause of this is that Wufoo has started generating a "pretty" URL based on the title of the form for viewing the form on Wufoo (Example: https://wvuschoolofmedicine.wufoo.com/forms/interprofessional-education-contact-form) and the Custom Wufoo Embed Form macro in Umbraco uses the permalink of the form rather than the URL to load the form.

We are looking into the best solution for this.

We also clarified that CMS Desk support creates and manages the forms in the WVU HSC Wufoo account and they assist in creating and managing forms in the WVU School of Medicine Wufoo account.

STEPS

Tara mentioned that HSC marketing is preparing to meet with the STEPS group to discuss communications for the upcoming semester, including potentially adding profiles to the website and information for Simulation Week.

Fast Facts

HSC Marketing is working on the Fast Facts PowerPoint which will be used to create a new page for this information under the WVU Health website and a print piece.

The Fast Facts page will include dynamic information about Health Sciences and promoting the campus.

Faculty Development

Faculty development events will be added to the WVU Calendar and it has been requested display these events in the Faculty Development Program website.
