Tuition
The provided 2023-24 tuition figures have been staged for review. Tara informed us that Dixie has delegated the task of handing tuition for Health Sciences to a new person.
Jason is continuing to work on the "phase 2" tuition updates.
Shawn will communicate the plan for rolling out these new figures to the school communicators and Azalea Hulbert.
Interprofessional Education
Tara will check-in with the Interprofessional Education group about the requests for information after our last meeting, including our suggestions for profiles.
Bill will use the Embedded Video macro to add a YouTube video the homepage.
Student Health
Tara let us know about an upcoming YouTube video that will need to be prominently displayed on the Student Health page.
STEPS
Bill will be meeting with Dan Summers about upcoming website edits for the STEPS website, including information about Healthcare Simulation Week (September 18-22, 2023).
WVU Health
Homepage
Cheyanne and Jessica are working on the Welcome Week content for the WVU Health homepage. We will reuse the cover variation from last year and we will include links to the new Well-being focused resources.
Bill will update the highlighted resources on the Paths to Well-being page to coincide with Welcome Week.
Other pages
As discussed in a previous meeting, Jessica and Bill are working on content and media updates for the main WVU Health pages. We will update the Education page first.
Wellness sub-footer
The updated WVU footer and sub-footers have been added to the pages within the WVU Health website and this includes links to the new well-being focused resources.
Tara let us know that the University is considering using an app to help provide students with health and well-being resources and services.
Upcoming events
We made note that Diversity Week (September 17-23, 2023), Healthcare Simulation Week (September 18-22, 2023), and Week of Purpose will overlap in September.
