Residency Program Discussion

Notes

After Kim noticed an issue with the sub-navigation in the new Residency Program pages, we had to dig into her page structure to see what was going on. We realized pages/links could be moved around a little bit to achieve the same thing she wanted, but ultimately put the sources where they belong in other parts of the website.

  • Create a Resident Resource page under the Student Resources section
    • Move Forms, Policies, Manuals, and Additional Resources to Resident Resources.
  • Move the "How to Apply" page to the Apply Now section.
  • Remove the "How to Apply" links on the Program Pages and utilize the built in Apply Now button. This will point the to newly moved application page.

We went through it all with Kim, explained the process, discussed any issues, and agreed to move forward with this restructuring. We told Kim that we would do all the page moving, then hand it back over to her to review and do with as she pleases.
