This month’s meeting was brief and to-the-point.
Commencement
We discussed Commencement, and Nikky shared with us the profile of Kaleigh Moss. She mentioned that a couple more would be on the way, and that the plan was to temporarily hide profiles of non-graduating students on the Public Health site to focus more on those who were graduating.
Newsroom update
We briefly touched on the Newsroom project, with Dan informing the group that progress continues to be made. We hope to have further updates, including details on when some editors can begin testing the system, as summer approaches.
Update on graphic for Industrial Hygiene program
During last month’s meeting, we discussed adding a badge to the Industrial Hygiene program page. Jason set up a way to preview this change to the page while the details of adding this graphic was being ironed out with the university’s legal team. But now, Nikky seems to think that legal isn’t keen on this as a solution and has recommended publishing a news release instead. Unfortunately, this might mean the school may ultimately lose out on their discount on the equipment from WATTCO.
