- Mask update: got data for the last observation period but hasn't entered yet. Better rhythm for this semester. Setting deadlines with the P.I. Sharing graphic assets to Jessica.
- If there's anything from a profiles perspective for commencement you want to discuss. Audio clips could be in play for that. Commencement profiles will live on the SPH website this year, and get pulled into the site.
- Dan and Shawn are working with Wendy Holdren to get references to the mask survey stuff from the Covid website.
- Mask Survey: two separate URLs, future will be under what. Maintaining the old URL to point to the fall results.
- Outside commencement, are there any recruitment events to be planning for?
- We updated the Analytics property on the school site. New data points: scroll position, usage of Data Studio at looking at data. If there is anything that your leadership ask about, we can work with you to figure out how to put that stuff in a central location for you to use. We'll think about some higher level things to share with you.
- Nikky: In light of the survey, there were some common themes that navigation overall was tough. How are people getting around the different sections of the site? Open to sharing of insights after looking at the data. Shawn: we have made some substantial steps and in-roads with the Medicine site, with how the landing pages will looking going forward. SPH was an extension of Medicine, bones of the programs are similar to what is on Medicine. Spending some time in a future meeting to get some perspectives and needs for things like program pages.
- ICRC: Shawn 85% done. Unique pages that have never been updated since they were created by Rachel. What is the future of that content? Nikky: will we have to do anything? Shawn will handle that all and let them know.
