Strategic Compass
Leadership is still reviewing the Strategic Compass pages. They may be hiring a new position to write content for this website.
Students
The "View All Programs" button has been added under the larger program listing buttons on the Students page.
Culinary
The Recipe blog has been added to the Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Track website.
Human Performance
The Human Performance group is hiring a designated communicator.
Diversity
There is a growing need for the departments in the School of Medicine to present information about diversity within their departments. The Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry has requested support from Zane to create a diversity page. The Emergency Medicine and Surgery departments have already created pages with diversity information and have requested features for listing committee members and such.
While Courtney Lanham and the Health Sciences communications is creating guidelines for presenting diversity information, we are encouraging groups to hold off on creating their own diversity content. Moving forward, all diversity information needs to be approved by Courtney Lanham. Zane suggested that if departments do have dedicated diversity information then this information should have an expiration date.
Jess proposed adding the department-level committee members as subcommittees under the School of Medicine DEI committee.
Shawn will talk to Tara about how to move forward with all of this.
