Audio files

In accordance with grant funding, the Communication Sciences and Disorders group needs to provide a way for public-facing users to be able to upload audio files for staff to review. Shawn will discuss options for this with Jimmy Morley and the web group's head programmer, and he'll reach out to Evie and Jayne Brandel with more information.

We will try changing the background color of the area with the two virtual tour buttons at the bottom of the "What You'll Do" area on each program page in an attempt to make this area stand out more. If this still doesn't feel prominent enough then we'll consider placing these buttons/link elsewhere on this page.

Fellowships

Zane provided the copy for the upcoming top level Fellowships section. This section will follow the same structure of the Residents section including for the top level landing page and similar Fall In Love and Picture Yourself Here pages.

With the upcoming Fellowships item in the top navigation, Cassie suggested combining the Faculty & Staff section with the About section.

Dan will add the upcoming top level Fellowships section within the next two weeks.

Department fellowships

Cassie and Zane will review the department level fellowships mock ups.

Departments with multiple fellowships will have an "in-between" template that lists fellowships and each individual fellowship will have its own template.

Department of Ophthalmology and Eastern Campus

Sam is creating updated pages under the Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and for the Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Track. We clarified that when a new version of a page becomes "live" that this new page should have the exact same name as the previous version to ensure that the URL remains the same. The only time that Shawn or Dan need to be involved is if the new version of a page is at the root level in Umbraco and the URL of the new page needs to be manually updated when the page becomes "live".

Departments and Programs

We discussed a few concerns about the structure of and the amount of items on the Departments and Programs page along with the naming of these items. Cassie, Zane, Shawn, and Dan will review this page and meet in the next few weeks to discuss concerns. Cassie still wants to launch the Departments and Programs page in September.
