Fellowships
We will use the department residency template as a starting point to create fellowship pages for each department. The page will include a photo or video hero, overview messaging, promotional messaging (potentially less about promoting living in Morgantown), and an optional profile.
Hannah is creating a chair's message video for each fellowship.
Eastern Campus
Sam requested that the top navigation for the Eastern campus pages reflect the pages under the Easter campus section rather than the school's top navigation items. With this change, it is recommended that the information under both the Students and Education sections be merged into a single Students section, otherwise, the Education tab will not display in the top navigation.
Cassie is going to schedule a meeting with Sam, Tara, Shawn, and Dan to discuss the information for the Eastern campus at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences levels.
Events
We discussed the events project that we're working on in which each website will have an events section and event information will be added directly in Umbraco. These events will be limited to larger scale events for the school or organization and will not include smaller events.
Grand Rounds
Cassie asked whether there is a better place for departments to add "grand rounds" than in WVU Calendar or via Umbraco. Shawn is going to inquire about potentially using the calendar in SOLE for adding these items and creating a public feed to display these items.
