Programs
Evie and the marketing group are working with each program to gather more information for the program and to keep the structure consistent between programs. As this information is added to each program page, the web group will make adjustments to the template(s) accordingly. Cassie mentioned that we can tentatively expect to start "launching" these program sections in July 2021.
Videos on Lab Pages
Brandon Choi requested to have the ability to add an embedded video to lab pages. Since this is the first and only request for this, we will not add this capability.
Transitional Year
We will create a modified version of the residency page type for transitional year residency information. Cassie requested that the video clips area be moved higher up on the page just after the initial embedded video and overview.
Department of Medicine
Meeting Minutes
The Department of Medicine wants to house their meeting minutes on the School of Medicine website. These notes include PDFs and PowerPoint slides.
Shawn suggested that the department enters the meeting notes in SOLE News under a specific sub-category. Then, the meeting notes can be pulled into an area under the school's hub. PDFs, PowerPoint slides, and other files will need to be uploaded to the Media in the school's Umbraco and can be linked to from each entry in SOLE News.
Photo Galleries
The Department of Medicine requested to have photo galleries in their website. Shawn and Cassie proposed using the Image Gallery page type in Umbraco to display 3-8 photos with a link to the rest of the photos on the school's SmugMug.
2021 Graduate Commencement Videos
Hannah will be providing two graduate videos for the School of Medicine.
