Virtual Tour and Google Analytics
Shawn mentioned that the School of Medicine virtual tour pages are near completion with the stops that have been provided to the web group, and that Google Analytics will be more easily accessed through Cabin in the near future.
Programs
Evie and the marketing group are working to put together the pages/sections for each program to tentatively review the pages with each program by the end of July. The pages will be reviewed with intention of making the pages live upon approval. We agreed that having a duplicate Students page with the links to the new program lists will be helpful to show how to get to a program page from the Students page.
Fellowships
We will use the residency page type as a starting point to create fellowship pages for each department.
Department of Medicine
Meeting Minutes
The Department of Medicine wants to house their meeting minutes on the School of Medicine website. These notes include PDFs and PowerPoint slides.
Shawn suggested that the department enters the meeting notes in SOLE News under a specific sub-category. Then, the meeting notes can be pulled into an area under the school's hub. PDFs, PowerPoint slides, and other files will need to be uploaded to the Media in the school's Umbraco and can be linked to from each entry in SOLE News.
