Meeting Minutes
The Department of Medicine wants to house their meeting minutes on the School of Medicine website. These notes include PDFs and PowerPoint slides.
Shawn suggested that the department enters the meeting notes in SOLE News under a specific sub-category. Then, the meeting notes can be pulled into an area under the school's hub. PDFs, PowerPoint slides, and other files will need to be uploaded to the Media in the school's Umbraco and can be linked to from each entry in SOLE News.
Fellowships Feedback
Haleigh had previously mentioned that the department would be meeting to discuss marketing fellowships. The group will be meeting again in April to potentially discuss website content for fellowships.
General Internal Medicine Clinical Programs
The Section of General Internal Medicine has requested the ability to promote the clinical programs, Transitions of Care Program and Medical Weight Management Program, on the front page. Cassie suggested thinking about better ways to promote each program through profiles and other marketing tools.
Haleigh mentioned that the groups in this department are unsure about whether profiles are useful. We will review the Google Analytics for the Who We Are section.
