We reviewed the following mock-ups:

We agreed that a program's front page and section should share a similarly structure and marketing-focused layout regardless of whether the program focuses on a single major, or degree, or on multiple majors. With this direction, marketing-focused language needs to written to fit this consistent structure.

A major, or degree, is a specific degree under a program and should have a consistently structured layout, including structuring tracks under a major. When a program has multiple majors, each major will have a page. Some programs focus on a single major which won't have a page dedicated to the major under it.

Cassie and Zane are going to work through each remaining program to write and structure marketing content for each.

Edits

  • Cassie suggested adding the ability to add a background image overlay to the dark blue section after the top "overview" section. We agreed to add an option to choose a background pattern or from a pool of predefined images.
  • We agreed to remove the "Program Facts" area and instead add the ability to add a single fact to the right of the copy in the the dark blue section.
  • Cassie mentioned that the link back to "Undergraduate Programs" above the title of the program will be confusing for users seeking information about graduate and professional programs. We will think about solutions to
