Basic Directory Listing for Resident Matches and Alumni

Similar to how residents are listed throughout departments and programs, the "Basic Directory Listing" page type will be reused for listing alumni in department and program sections, and to list Rural Health graduates and where they will become residents.

Per Cassie's request, we agreed that this item can be completed by next month's communicator meeting.

Discuss the grant and digital newsletter that Jessica Frey is leading

We agreed to re-purpose the Undergraduate Blog page types to create a list of articles.

Update: This group created their own web presence using Wix.

Discuss the Department of Medicine page in Directory

Resident Programs

Rather than having 3 separate pages to list resident programs, we will combine these lists into a single Programs page.

On Thursday, October 3rd, Cassie inquired about adding a Media Relations link to the footer for reporters to find contact information. We suggested adding an actual Contact Us page instead to try to help anyone who wants to contact the school get to the correct person or group to contact, including undergraduate, professional, graduate, and MD programs, financial aid, media inquiries, etc. The link to this page would be in the footer.

An example of a Contact Us page can be found in the School of Nursing website.

Updated Tuition

As we mentioned in the previous meeting, we're standardizing the way that tuition is structured and presented across all of the school websites. We've added all of the initial costs provided to us by the university.
