What We Discussed
- Services Offered - Needs removed from certain Location Space pages on our end.
- Locations Page - Location summary is not populating correctly (at all).
- Selling Dental Health - Dave mentioned we aren't really approaching how regular dental appointments and hygiene are important. He suggested perhaps something on the home page. We all chatted about it, and Sunshine decided that she would make a new content page to see what she could come up with. Once she has the content, we'll have a better idea of what to do with it. We agreed that this would live under Patient Resources.
- Procedures Offered - Dave also asked if people who come to this website would understand the giant scary words in listed procedures. We list what each service is on it's own page, but sometimes terms are used in places that are not related and people may not understand. We talked about linking to the ADA glossary to avoid creating a giant glossary of our own. We settled on having Sunshine make a sort of most commonly used term glossary page, and at the end it can link out to that ADA list. That way people can explore further if they so choose. We talked about this potentially living under Patient Resources.
- Using the Search - Sunshine wanted to search for a term on the website. I suggested that she should be able to use the Search Bar at the top of the site for that. However, I was not confident that the search was properly working yet. And if it is working, it hasn't even been indexed by Google yet so we won't get results. Dan suggested we make one of our custom searches for her to use in the mean time. Rachel will look into making sure the search is working as it should.
