Job Posts
Sunshine requested the ability to create job posts in Umbraco to highlight current WVU job posts in the website (via email).
Highlighting WVU job posts is an issue across most of our websites because the Taleo software that WVU uses doesn't provide a way to link to a specific list of jobs or a way to feed a list of job posts into a website. We don't want to create duplicate job posts in our websites.
Shawn is going to discuss this issue with Tara. In the meantime, Sunshine is going to create a news story to highlight current job posts.
Hub
Sunshine compiled information about wellness, safety, "onboarding" information, and other general requests, and she inquired about adding information to the school's Hub (via email).
Jason is working on adding the ability to add sub pages/sections under a school's Hub for these types of information. Also, the information that is relevant to most other groups will be added to a more centralized and shareable space in Hub.
Dual Degree Program
The school is adding a new DDS/MBA dual degree program. This program is for DDS students to earn a second degree that focuses on how to run a business/dental practice, including business ethics.
Sunshine has already started adding information about this new program in Umbraco, and when the information is ready, the program will need to be listed on the Students page.
Leadership
Per the new dean's request, Sunshine added a "Leadership" page under the "About" section that currently lists the dean and other leadership faculty.
We encouraged her to think about this “Leadership” page having a larger presence as a landing type page that provides more in-depth information about the school’s leadership.
