- A candidate has accepted the offer for the Director of Communications in the School of Public Health and Tara will announce this soon.
- Shawn will move all of the meetings with the school communicators to within two days of each other rather than weeks apart.
- We agreed that the November 28th date that Heather proposed is enough time to build the interactive map for the Family Medicine Clerkship.
- We agreed that it would be beneficial for Tara to add the web team to the Smartsheet app that the marketing team uses for tracking editorial tasks.
- We briefly discussed spotlight and that spotlights are meant to be topical. Shawn proposed that we provide alternative options to highlighting a spotlight on the WVU Health homepage including to highlight events or a press release.
- We will duplicate the School of Medicine Google Analytics dashboard in Looker Studio for each school ahead of this month's meetings.
