Notes

Well-being

The executive council meeting was cancelled this month and Tara is hoping to share the Well-being section with leadership in the next meeting at the beginning of December. The Well-being landing page and the filterable Paths to Well-being page will be ready to share with leadership ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Faculty and Staff Assistance Program

Bill is working with WVU Talent and Culture to move the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program information into the WVU Talent and Culture website. He is keeping around the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program page in Umbraco until this decision is final.

WVU Medicine has their own Faculty and Staff Assistance Program website.

WVU Institute for Community and Rural Health

Bill has been migrating the WVU Institute for Community and Rural Health content into the HSC Themes V2 template. The blog is the only remaining piece to be moved.

Clinics

Tara will reach out to Shawn about getting Cassie and Zane access to add clinic pages in Umbraco.

Addiction

Tyler will rename each of Clay's videos in YouTube to better reflect the topic being discussed on the Media Resources page.

December Commencement

The information on theĀ WVU December Commencement website is reflected on the Health Sciences Commencement website. Jess is working with each of the communicators to provide profiles.

Audit

Tara inquired about Bill using the audit tool to find information about the status of particular websites and pages. While the audit tool hasn't been significantly updated in years, there is an updated planned for 2023 to change the focus of this tool to better track prominent pages and components throughout each website.
