Blue Sky
We are working on adding the Smugmug gallery to replace the video at the bottom of the Operation Blue Sky homepage. This is the last item that needs to be added to complete this website.
School of Nursing
Tyler inquired about adding a short video montage to the background of the feature area on the School of Nursing Students page that highlights the new STEPS mannequin. We will discuss this ahead of our monthly meeting with Wendy on Thursday.
Commencement
All of the appropriate information has been added to the Health Sciences Commencement website.
The School of Dentistry, the School of Nursing, and the School of Public Health have provided us with the grad profiles they intend to highlight. Hannah is working on the video for the grad profile for the School of Medicine and this profile probably won't be ready until later this week. Christa will be adding two grad profiles to the School of Pharmacy website shortly.
ListServe
Tara mentioned that she is working with Erin and Cassie to remove several people's access to the faculty and staff ListServes and to communicate this change.
Analytics
Tara will be sharing with Clay the analytics that Shawn provided for the Well-being website. Clay is excited about the Clarity product.
Education
Tara mentioned that she is evaluating the healthcare pathway page under the WVU Admissions website to hopefully highlight on the WVU Health Education page along with making an overall effort to highlight more education focused content on this page.
Center for Black Culture
The name of the Center for Black Culture and Research is being changed to the Center for Black Culture. We will work with Bill to update this resource throughout the WVU Health family of websites.
Tuition
The updated tuition pages have been added to all of the school websites and Shawn is working with Azalea to find out what information needs to be included with the Human Performance programs to meet accreditation requirements.
Footer
We will share progress on adding the new sub-footer and wellness resources components in our weekly check-in meeting next week.
