We agreed to move the “Protecting our communities“ messaging at the bottom of the WVU Health home page to a new Coronavirus page under the Changing Health page. The coronavirus.wvu.edu domain can then point to this new page.
Jess will find a text snippet from this copy to place on the Changing Health page to link to this new page.
Addiction
Shawn will touch base with Matt today about making the changes that Bill requested for the upcoming Addiction website.
Bill will share additional updates including minor rearrangements.
Virtual tours
Tyler will be working through the summer to create an overall virtual tour video and a virtual tour for each school.
We will think about where these virtual tours should be highlighted in each website. Shawn suggested highlighting the virtual tours on “Students” and program pages. Tyler suggested potentially using engaging background videos.
Research Grants
Per Bill’s request, we agreed to replace the length dropdown for each grant with a start date. Then, the length of the grant can be calculated from the mandatory start date and end date.
We reviewed filtering the grants. Tyler pointed out that the amounts aren’t filtering correctly and suggested that the default order should be alphabetically by project title.
Dan will add the ability to add partner universities for each grant in Umbraco, and the ability to add links to research related resources on the Grants page.
