Commencement

We discussed the potential for some graduate profiles to be in the form of a news story or video or a combination the two this year. We will talk to Jason about how to accommodate these alternative types of profiles on the Health Sciences Commencement website.

We can expect to receive the profiles from the School of Nursing, the School of Dentistry, and the School of Public Health this week, and from the School of Pharmacy and the School of Medicine next week. Tyler is working with the School of Medicine on Friday to shoot of video for this and he's possibly working with Christa next week.

Well-being

Shawn analyzed the Google Analytics and Clarity analytics for the Well-being pages and provided these to Tara. The cards are the top of the Paths to Well-being page are garnering interest, specifically with mobile users. We may update these cards during the Summer.

Sharon Martin has designated student health and well-being as priorities and is encouraging everyone to find ways to weave this into conversations.

Other Health Sciences websites

Tara and Bill are using a project tracking tool to and scheduling audits of the various health related websites to determine whether these websites should be updated, migrated into other websites, or removed.

Blue Sky

We will replace the video at the bottom of the Blue Sky page with a gallery component and add a link to the video in the hero area.

Student Health

Bill will provide the language for the link on the Student Health homepage for information about using the WVU Medicine mobile app.

STEPS

Shawn mentioned that we will provide an updated template in the next few weeks (mid- to late- May).

Directory

Bill inquired about whether there have been any improvements made to the process for adding new employees to Directory. There hasn't been any updates.

With WVU Medicine updating their Find-A-Doc tool, this may change the way that Directory uses this information.

Newsroom

We let everyone know that Marko has added the auto-save feature to the upcoming Newsroom application. We meet weekly with Marko on Wednesday mornings.
