Tuition
Shawn, Dan, and Jason will be meeting next week to begin building the new central tuition section in the Health website.
Since the MD Program requires to use a different the word "term" rather than "semester", we should attempt to use this word for presenting tuition for all of the schools.
Tara suggested presenting core tuition costs in each school with a link to University resources for estimated costs. The MD Program, along with other programs in the School of Medicine may require extra estimations where necessary.
Commencement
Tyler will follow up with Christa to obtain the School of Pharmacy commencement profiles to present in the Health Sciences Commencement website.
Shawn mentioned that since profiles will likely be added through the upcoming Newsroom application next year, this will provide more opportunities to promote and use commencement profiles throughout websites and in social media.
Web editor access
Dan shared the compiled list of websites that belong under the WVU Health hierarchy with the current list of editors for each so that Tara, Bill, and Shawn can evaluate which websites should be moved into Hub which websites that Bill should take over editing.
Clay's video
Tyler will provide the .webm file of Clay's montage video to display in the hero area of the Chancellor website.
School of Pharmacy Skills Development Center
Christa approved the School of Pharmacy Skills Development Center template and Matt will work on building this page in Umbraco. The template is structured to present more information about each room as it becomes available.
Virtual tour
Tara and Tyler discussed creating an updated version of Virtual Tour and Tyler will update the spreadsheet of rooms.
Tyler will work through the summer to capture photos and video, often using only a single shot to represent a room rather than capturing every area of a room. These will likely be individually produced YouTube videos.
We agreed to omit the Google Maps street views from this update.
Addiction
Jess and Bill are reviewing the clarity of the content in the upcoming Addiction website and rewriting some of the content. Bill might be receiving an additional gallery from Brian that he will share with Shawn and Dan.
Aira may be available to create illustrations to fill photography gaps as needed.
Shawn mentioned potentially inquiring with Aira to create illustrations for other areas of other websites in place of photos.
Coronavirus
On Monday, May 16th, WVU will archive the Return to Campus information and will direct all colleges to remove the COVID-19 banner along with any other COVID-19 related information from the websites.
Tara requested that we unpublish the coronavirus.wvu.edu website along with these changes.
