SSL Certificates

HSC ITS keeps track of when SSL certificates expire for each domain. Cord Scott is working with the WVCTSi group to update the SSL certificate for their website.

Well-being

Tara's group has marketing plan put together to announce the Well-being website the after spring break. This includes content for social media channels and InfoStations.

We will add event tracking to the Paths to Well-being page to hopefully see what people are asking for most.

We are working on building on the consistent sub-footer with an area for wellness links.

STEPS

An embedded virtual tour YouTube video will replace the street view on the About page. The highlighted stops will reordered according to the timestamps in the video and clicking the button in each stop will jump to that time in the video.

Blue Sky

We will add a callout for Blue Sky to Clay's area on the Who We Are page

Tyler provided the link to the Blue Sky YouTube video to include on the Blue Sky page. We will use the events module to promote related events.

Homepage

The service to state messaging will be on the WVU Health homepage until the Day of Giving and we will reuse the Day of Giving cover from last year. Shawn suggested changing to color scheme of this cover to be more focused on gold instead of blue.

Clinics

On each clinic page, the patient care information will be presented with each provider with a link to their full bio.

We will add links to the WVU Dental website and the WVU Medicine clinics page to the Clinics page. The OT/PT clinics has not been added yet. We agreed that it'll be beneficial to add a blurb and links to other resources to this page, as well.

Student Health

Jessica will provide a YouTube video to be embedded below the hero area on the Student Health page.

Newsroom

We will preview the Newsroom application within the next two months.

Tuition

The central tuition area will be completed within the next week and a half. Our intention is to add more information to the tuition page in each website to continue to market the school and programs.
