Day of Giving

The Day of Giving page message is currently on the WVU Health homepage.

Accessibility

Accessibility is becoming a higher priority for University Relations. Some of the Health Sciences websites, notably the School of Medicine website, has one of the lowest accessibility scores in Siteimprove.

Shawn is reaching out to editors as issues are found and he is working with Tara and Cassie to find a solution for educating or replacing unqualified editors.

Well-being

Tara's group is reading to push out announcements about the Well-being website.

Siteimprove

We confirmed that the Student Health website is being scanned in Siteimprove and Bill has access to Siteimprove.

Blue Sky

We will create a Blue Sky page under the Who We Are area of the WVU Health website. There will be limited photos presented on the page with links to Smugmug.

This page may be the basis for creating other landing pages moving forward.

Hub

 Tara is promoting using the Hub in this week's HSC News tara promoting this this week in HSC Weekly email.

We will build a new sub-footer for each school website with clearly organized groups of links and a card with wellness links.

Clinics

We will update the layout of the Clinics page to have a more engaging header with the list of clinics presented in cards.

Directory

Users aren't getting added to or removed from Directory based on their employment status and we're not sure what the process is for this. Shawn will talk to Jimmy about how to improve this process.

Newsroom

We will potentially add guidance and validation for warning about preferred writing processes (AP guidelines) while writing in Newsroom.
