Addiction

Bill inquired with Aira about creating artwork for the upcoming Addiction website and the timeline for creating this artwork is flexible.

Bill and Jess clarified that the Experts page should be moved from under the Our Approach (Education) page and listed before "News" in the sub navigation. They also clarified that with the Our Approach page being renamed to Education, they suggested removing the "Providing Education" heading completely and elevating the University Education and Statewide Education headings to use this heading style instead and, following the layout of the Research page, University Education will remain in the white area and Statewide Education will be in the gold section.

The messaging to promote the upcoming Addiction website on the WVU Health home page is currently staged and Jess has already written content for an announcement.

WVU Health front page

Jess replaced the "Protecting our communities" section at the bottom of the WVU Health home page to highlight diversity and education. This copy doesn't fill this space the same way that the previous copy did. Tara suggested adding a subheading to this area and Jess suggested adding a portion of an existing YouTube video.

Tyler will provide a new YouTube video with only that portion of the video to embed in this area. Dan will adjust the layout of this area to create a better visual balance between the links on the left and the copy on the right.

Strategic Compass

The remaining strategic priority pages will be added to the School of Medicine Strategic Compass website over the two weeks and the website will be ready to share after the 4th of July holiday.

Student Health

Tara mentioned that WVU Medicine is seeking a better place to present the student health information, preferably under a WVU or WVU Health website.

Research Grants

Bill clarified that the only relevant information to present with each PhD Candidate added to a research grant is the department or program they're involved in, if provided.

Tara confirmed that neither PhD candidates or any faculty involved need to have ways of contact displayed. This will also help to condense the listing.

Virtual Tour

Tyler is currently working on the virtual tour video(s).
