Research and Graduate Education
Bill mentioned that he and Shawn received the T32 graphics and information for Research and Graduate Education right before the holiday break and he has reached out to Shawn about next steps.
Faculty Development
Tara requested that a department be created in the WVU Calendar for Faculty Development events. Jess will reach out to Jay Allen with this request. Once this department has been created, we will add the existing WVU Calendar page type to this website in Umbraco.
Tara also inquired about the ability to shorten the names of the items in the navigation in this website. While we don't have any written guidelines or policies, Bill will work with this group to rename most of these items to be 1-2 words each.
School of Pharmacy
Christa will be reaching out about adding a "magazine-style" page to promote the "Show Globe" magazine on the School of Pharmacy website and to potentially replace the magazine with a digital version. Tara mentioned the WVU Health Spotlight and WVU Today magazine pages as examples.
Tyler mentioned that he can help to promote the magazine on infostations.
Chancellor
Tara mentioned that there are upcoming updates for the Chancellor website and they will reach out to us for assistance if needed.
Rockefeller Neuroscience Center
The Rockefeller Neuroscience Center will be featured in a segment on "60 Minutes" on CBS this coming Sunday, January 14, 2024. Communications for promoting this will begin tomorrow.
