Tuition
The centralized tuition area is set up under the WVU Health website and we are successfully pulling the tuition information into a page under the School of Nursing website. We are refining the way some of the items are named to make the figures as clear as possible.
Our group will be reviewing all of this next Tuesday with the goal to pull this information into a page under each school website next week. We anticipate making this information live the second week of March and we will discuss this with each communicator in the meantime.
Well-being
We reviewed the Well-being pages.
We will add the highlighted person's name to the "purpose" card on the Well-being page along with a link/button to the Purpose Center website ("Discover your values and strengths at the Purpose Center").
Add a callout near the top of the page with a message that includes links to the well-being wheel and to Paths to Well-being.
We will truncate the horizontal scrolling items in the well-being wheel on mobile screen sizes and we will potentially add indicators.
We are aiming to have these edits made by Friday morning for Tara to share with leadership.
Paths to Well-being
The provided copy was added to the top of the Paths to Well-being page along with 3 highlighted paths and a more prominent 4th focused path. We will tighten the spacing around these items to move the list of resources higher up the page. To clarify, the goal of this page is to always focus on filtering the list of resources and never to highlight an event or external focus.
Tara hopes that we can audit and edit this page on a schedule as a group (potentially bi-annually) and that we will collect updates from every college across the University.
Clinics
Nikki Gannon brought to our attention that the Audiology and Speech-Language clinics have different hours from one another and from the parent Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. We will display the hours from both of these clinics on the individual pages and on the parent Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic page.
Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
Bill is currently making updates to the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program website.
Who We Are
We briefly reviewed the Who We Are page and agreed that we should make it a priority to refresh the Who We Are page. We are better equipped to put together a more useful set of information including information about Blue Sky.
The Community page should be updated too.
In the meantime, Jess added a new event series under the WVU Health Events for Blue Sky.
WVU Health homepage
We agreed to create a new channel in Slack specifically for discussing the homepage. We intend to create a weekly schedule of deliverables throughout each month for the following month's homepage iteration.
End of Life website
Any updates to the End of Life website are on hold.
