Who We Are

We touched base about whether Court Lanham has shown recent interest in being involved with contributing to the "who we are" content for each school. Jess and Bill are going to reach out to Court about this.

Leslie Miele and Court are working together to come up with strategic compass for DEI initiatives.

Newsroom

Shawn briefly mentioned that the Newsroom application is still being worked on and coming together.

WVU Health covers

Jess mentioned that she intends reuse the commencement themed cover to promote December Commencement. After commencement, the opening of Bridgeport campus can be highlighted in a WVU Health cover and then well-being and inclusive focused messaging for around the holidays.

We agreed that it would be great to have a place to identify and remind ourselves of upcoming holidays and relevant University events in Cabin.

STEPS

Bill and Jess will share their plans for updating the STEPS website after the holidays. Shawn proposed potentially moving the STEPS website into the WVU Health family of websites and designating Bill as the editor.

The activities in the STEPS center can potentially be used to generate social media content.
