Microsoft Clarity
Shawn will provide Bill with Microsoft Clarity access.
Welcome Week
We discussed potentially adding a central Welcome Week page under the WVU Health website next year. Tara suggested that we look at the Google Analytics for each school's Welcome Week page this year.
Addiction website
We will add Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tracking to the Addiction website.
Jess requested that a link to the Addiction Experts in the WVU Experts Database be added to the Experts page, using the phrase “View all experts” or “Search for an expert”.
Student Health
Jess is meeting with the Student Health group next week to learn more about what they need for a new Student Health section of the WVU Health website.
Virtual Tour
Tyler is working on the main Health Sciences virtual tour video. All of the footage is captured and he is working on editing.
Events
Shawn mentioned the events module will be used for the School of Public Health's 10-year anniversary events, Welcome Week events, and any upcoming diversity events.
Rachel will be adding the events module to the Dentistry website next. Then, it will be added to the Nursing website.
Tara suggested that Leslie Miele be the contact for any events related to Clay.
Clay's Blog
Jess requested that Clay's title be updated to "Chancellor and Executive Dean" under his photo with each blog post.
Tomorrow's meeting
Courtney Lanham will be joining tomorrow's Health Web Updates meeting to discuss the Diversity website.
Open Graph
Shawn, Dan, and Jason will meet with Tyler to discuss the way he uses social media and what information will be beneficial to add to a page's open graph data.
