Addiction website

• Jess suggested adding the sub navigation to each landing page to be consistent with the sub navigation on the The Issue page.
• We agreed to add an “On this Page” navigation to the Resources page with anchor links to the heading in each top level group of resources.
• With the addition of the upcoming News page, we discussed potentially renaming the Research and News page to Research.

WVU Calendar

Jess and Tara inquired about using the HSC page in the WVU Calendar to present events and to link to from email newsletters rather than listing all of the events in the newsletters.

Dan explained that as of right now, the permissions for sharing events between "calendars" is open to everyone, and that in this new calendar application there is no longer a relationship between each group's "calendar" so, each group ("Department") that the event should be shared with needs to be individually added to the event.

Tyler mentioned that several of the photos used in events are low resolution. We agreed to encourage communicators to use higher quality images.

Research projects

Bill mentioned that Nicole Beason has concerns that the upcoming research projects section will become overrun and lose effectiveness unless it was focused on individual efforts or organized by institute, department, program, etc. 

Bill will respond and include Shawn and Dan in the discussion.
