Newsroom

We've relayed the suggestions made during last week's preview of the Newsroom application to the programmer that we're working with.

Blue Sky video

Tyler will provide an .mp4 file of the Blue Sky hero video according to the provided Media Encoder settings.

Hub

Blue Sky will not be listed in the top navigation in Hub and only linked to from the University Resources area of the front pages. We discussed renaming University Resources to either Health Sciences Resources or Resources.

Commencement

We anticipate receiving at least one profile from each school communicator to feature on the Commencement website. Some communicators may create a news story instead which will need to have a space on the Commencement page and, due to this, we may need to rethink the way commencement is promoted next year.

We will add the links to the Commencement website to each of the commencement pages under the school websites.

Clinics

We will add a new Clinic Events area to promote clinical events. Cassie and Zane will be trained to manage events under this area.
